I made buttermilk-soaked duck-fat chicken for a party on Sunday. I feel so zeitgeisty!

Although I confess, I supplemented the fat with butter instead of olive oil.

Fried Duck, looks like chicken, got me fooled, I might just give that a try. I'm thinking on making my Caramelized Sauteed Mushrooms to go with that!
